Escrito entre a vigília do diluculum e a aurora, usando as divisões da noite romana. Como explica o nosso S. Isidoro: “Diluculum quasi iam incipiens parva diei lux. Haec et aurora, quae solem praecedit.”. Não há nada como as palavras antigas para começar o dia.

A minha dificuldade em encontrar a letra do “Early Morning Blues”, de Nat “King” Cole, deu origem a várias procuras dos leitores do Abrupto, nenhuma resultando na letra pretendida, mas acrescentando outros blues matinais.

A Isabel Salbany enviou-me este, com letra de A. Fritzsch, entre as “bad news” e as “better news”:

Infelizmente as minhas itinerâncias impediram-me de estar no Encontro de Braga, mas desejo que tudo tenha estado, e esteja ainda, a correr da melhor maneira. Eu sou, como se lembram os que já cá estavam há três séculos (nos blogues um mês é um século), favorável ao metabloguismo.
